ISULAB LOCATION
Everything you need to run rentals from one workspace.
Rental management that keeps each country context clear.
ISULAB Location brings properties, tenants, rent tracking, receipts and documents into one web workspace. The objective is to simplify everyday management without pretending that one legal or tax model applies everywhere in Europe.
Each property keeps its own country, currency and local context. The interface language can change without silently changing the jurisdiction attached to the property, which matters when a landlord manages homes in more than one territory.
One property, one clear context
Country, currency and local settings remain attached to the property. The portfolio can stay in one account while each home keeps the information needed for its own market.
One workflow for the daily tasks
Tenant details, rent, payments, receipts, leases and supporting documents stay together so the same file does not have to be rebuilt between spreadsheets, email and separate PDF folders.
Legal scope remains explicit
International core features can be shared, but country-specific legal or tax content is only presented as validated after it has actually been reviewed for that jurisdiction.
Start with a market that is actually open.
The European portal no longer promotes every country page with the same weight. A market is linked from this hub only when it is commercially open, so internal authority and user navigation are concentrated on places where the current product path is meant to be used.
For an open market, the local page explains the currency, available languages, rental workflow and dedicated resources. A closed market is not presented here as an active commercial destination.
ISULAB
Yes. The current entry offer is free for up to two properties and does not require a payment card. Paid plans remain closed until explicit legal and commercial approval.
No. Interface language and property jurisdiction are separate. Country and currency remain attached to the property.
No. ISULAB deliberately avoids presenting one legal template as valid everywhere. Local legal and tax material is only described as validated after jurisdiction-specific review.
Because public acquisition is intentionally concentrated on markets that have been explicitly opened. This avoids sending users and search engines toward destinations that are not currently active.
